We design and build projects throughout the Western United States. We specialize in the architecture, and design of ICF structures. We also design timber frame and log style ICF hybrid structures and can prefabricate these structures from facilities in Canada and the United States.
Commercial projects include wineries, hotels, restaurants, office buildings, community centers and retail sales. Our forte is themed mixed use cluster communities including master planning, site design, architecture, and if desired construction.
Residential projects include custom and pre-designed package homes with ICF walls, SIP panel roof systems, windows, radiant heating systems, cabinets, appliances etc…
We currently are planning two communities, one in the Spokane Washington area and another just south of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. We work with land owners, home owners, local governments, builders and developers with design innovation and professional skill to create esthetically pleasing, sustainable and energy efficient architecture.
