"Since switching to BuildBlock from our previous ICF, we've experienced a minimum of 40% faster construction time on projects.

An older couple sold their farm and bought new property to build their home on. They chose an ICF foundation/walk-out basement with a modular home on top. The day after the footers were in, they supplied me two workers who had never used ICF. The two workers and myself put up 1,349 square feet of wall with 14 windows, a man door and a garage door in just 13 hours. Then, it only took 1 hour and 15 minutes to place concrete, float and laser the top of the wall, wet-set j-bolts, and align wall to the string. The pump driver said this was the fastest foundation he had ever pumped.

Just 14 hours and 15 minutes to have an instant square and straight BuildBlock foundation…and a very happy, satisfied couple."

Dear Sirs:

I had the pleasure of working with your blocks here in MN. I was impressed with the form to say the least. I have been building concrete homes for eight years while using many different forms. The walls were very easy to construct and I love the corner form rebar tie. We set the corner and drilled into the footing a 2” deep ½” hole to place a 3’, ½” rebar in the hole and replaced the corner form over the bar. That form was now anchored and did not move.

It took us one day to do the footings and another two days to set the walls and pour a walkout basement on a 2,016 square foot home. We were pushing to do it fast as we only had till Thursday the 24th and it was Tuesday when we began. Road restrictions would go on and a pump would not be allowed on the roads to our job. We were very pleased by the speed and lack of waste using your forms. The next job we have will start as soon as the frost is out and it will be a slab on grade home near Foley, MN. I am looking forward to doing many more projects with your forms.

Our recent purchase of BuildBlock ICFs for our project near Dequeen, AR was a pleasant surprise. We have always built our basements utilizing rented Symons forms. The BuildBlock ICFs installed more quickly than the traditional forms. I particularly liked the ease of rebar installation. We saved nearly 30 man hours on the form installation and saved many more hours of tear down and form cleaning time.

I was extremely impressed with the complete useablity of the forms. We could have placed all of our waste form material from this project in a bushel basket. This is not only environmentally friendly, but also saves us on cleanup, material cost, and disposal.

We will definitely use Buildblock ICFs for our future projects. Thanks for a great product!
