A view into the furnace about 10 minutes into the test. The plastic web connectors glow as they begin to burn.

As the temperature reaches the maximum, the entire wall glows red hot.

As the clock approaches the 3-hour mark, the foam on the outside of the wall is uncompromised.

Immediately following 3 hours of testing, the wall is removed from the furnace and sprayed with a high pressure fire hose for 2-1/2 minutes continuously.

Steam explodes as the wall surface cools, etching the concrete finish about a 1/4 of an inch deep.

BuildBlock CEO Mike Garrett stands in the front of the post-test wall which is loaded down with 12,000 lbs per lineal foot of pressure.

A close-up view of the smoothed, etched surface of the post-test wall shows very small web sections.
